Bloomberg Warns Of 'Silver Scarcity'

The gold and silver futures surged again on Monday, while Bloomberg warned of a silver scarcity.

The gold futures were up $25 to $3,678.

They also hit another all-time record high of $3,685 earlier in this session, before declining from the peak of the day.
